Government Polytechnic Jammu organized Seminar on Special Scholarship Scheme

Government Polytechnic Bikram Chowk Jammu today organized a seminar cum awareness program on Special Scholarship Scheme. The seminar was aimed at providing vital information and guidance to students and educational professionals. The initiative is part of the Special Scholarship Scheme under the Pradhan Mantri Uchchatar Shiksha Protsahan Yojana. Er. Arun Bangotra, Principal Government Polytechnic Jammu in his address, underscored the importance of the scheme in providing equitable educational opportunities to the Polytechnic students of J&K. He further elaborated that we are committed to continuing our efforts to ensure that every deserving student has the opportunity to excel. The resource person for the seminar was Prof. Ajeet Angral (Nodal Officer PMSSS J&K) who emphasized the importance of education in shaping future leaders and highlighted the role of the Special Scholarship Scheme in providing equitable opportunities for deserving students. The seminar marks a significant step in making higher education more accessible and supporting the academic ambitions of talented students. The event was designed to throw light on the PMSSS application process, eligibility criteria, and benefits of the scheme. The students actively participated in the seminar and gained valuable insights knowledge share by the speaker.
